Casing spacers are helpful when pipe must go underneath roads or railroad tracks.
These help the installer push the pipe through an encasement and provides cathodic
protection to the carrier pipe.
Metalic Spacers
Heavy duty painted steel, stailess steel, and fusion coated steel in sizes 4"e;-120"e;
Deeply embossed flanges for added strength during tightening of bolts
Heavy duty PVC inner liner as backup insulation and protection of
pipe or coating
Ranger II
Plastic Casing Isolators .83" - 37.60"
No nuts, bolts, washers or any other metal parts to corrode or degrade over time
Manufactured from UV resistant polypropylene
Lightweight for ease of handling and installation
Wide variety of runner heights to allow numerous options for pipe positioning within the casing
Model AZ
For water and sewer pipes 3.85" to 13.75" in diameter
Variable O.D’s of casing spacer to fit multiple sized space
Manufactured from UV resistant polypropylene
Lightweight for ease of handling and installation
Runner heights may be interchanged or field cut to adjust for grade
Corrosion protection - only metal components are steel bolts/nuts
One piece molded construction for maximum load bearing
End Seals
End Seals create a seal or barrier between the carrier pipe and casing.
Model S and C are pull-on type end seals
Model W is a wrap-around type end seal
Individually designed for all types of water and sewer pipes
and carrier/casing combinations
1/8" thick, specially compounded synthetic rubber for long life
RiserWrap Water Infiltration Sealing System
The Riser-Wrap™ seal is a two-layer system designed
for corrosion and sealing protection on pipelines and
encapsulating manholes to seal joints against ground water infiltration.
The first layer is a visco-elastic adhesive liquid sealant covered by a heat shrink sleeve.
The sleeve is a thick-walled (2.5mm), cross-linked, high density polyethylene membrane.
